The short version: quotes are free, prices are flat and approved by you before any work begins, you can cancel a booking at no charge, and we stand behind our workmanship.
Our services
HomeVent Pros provides chimney sweeping and inspection, fireplace service, repairs, dryer vent and air duct cleaning, and related work across Fairfield County, Connecticut. These terms apply when you book or use our services or website.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes and estimates are free and carry no obligation.
- Before any work begins, you receive a flat, written price. No work starts until you approve it.
- If we discover additional issues mid-job, we'll show you, explain your options, and only proceed with your approval. No surprise charges.
Scheduling and cancellations
- You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at no charge. We simply appreciate as much notice as you can give.
- If we need to reschedule (weather, safety, emergencies), we'll let you know as early as possible and prioritize your new time.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed to your satisfaction. We accept major payment methods, and you'll always receive a receipt and your digital report with before/after photos.
Our workmanship promise
If something we did isn't right, tell us — we'll come back and fix our workmanship at no cost to you. Manufacturer parts are covered by their own warranties, which we'll pass along to you.
Your home
We treat your home with care: drop cloths, shoe covers, and a full cleanup before we leave. Please let us know in advance about pets, gate codes, or access instructions so the visit goes smoothly.
Safety recommendations
Our reports may include safety recommendations based on industry standards (CSIA / NFPA). Whether and when to act on them is always your choice — we'll never pressure you into work you don't need.
Liability
We are fully licensed and insured in Connecticut. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Connecticut consumer protection law.
