You may exercise these choices through:

13. Universal Opt-Out Preference Signals

Where required by applicable law and supported by our website technology, we will recognize valid browser-based universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of covered targeted advertising or sale activities.

A universal opt-out signal may override a previous advertising-cookie preference associated with the same browser or device.

15. Call Tracking and Call Recording

Telephone numbers displayed on our website or advertisements may use call-tracking technology. Call-tracking providers may collect the caller telephone number, date and time of the call, call duration, referring advertisement or campaign, and general call outcome or conversion status.

23. Response to Privacy Requests

Where required by applicable law, we will respond to an authenticated privacy request within 45 days of receiving it. Where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, the response period may be extended by an additional 45 days. If an extension is required, we will provide notice and explain the reason.

24. Privacy-Request Appeals

Where applicable, you may appeal a decision denying all or part of a privacy request. To submit an appeal, email Homeventpros@gmail.com using the subject line: Privacy Request Appeal.
